Re: ntfs-3g for T-VALDEUC

2) as xfs is not a compressed filesystem i doubt that a 1,5GB "sparse" file will only occupy ~20MB but i'd love to be proven wrong ;) Just quick test which I did in 5 minutes (maybe I overlooked something fundamental but...): /mtd_rwarea/network_opt # cd /tmp /tmp # mkfs.xfs -f -d file,na...

Re: ntfs-3g for T-VALDEUC

BTW: 1) You can store the pvrimage on NFS (or Samba if you prefer slow playback start) - it will waste space there but it should not be problem. Something like: mkdir -p /tmp/xfs mount -t nfs -o tcp, soft, nolock 10.0.0.2:/RECORDING /tmp/xfs mkfs.xfs -f -d file,name=/tmp/xfs/pvrimage,size=1536m insmod...

Re: PVR Disable Encryption C/D Serie.

One question what is the last valdeuc fw where the pvr disable patch works? On 3014 and 3015 this patch doesn't work the record start but the file is still 0kb. Anynews o research for getting this hack works back on 3015 fw? I have UE32C6500, samsung_pvr is working with 3011: http://forum.samygo.tv...

Re: SamyGo Extension Pack modified for NFS recording

BTW: you do not need two USB drives. With "mount -o bind" you need only one. And also you can use original g_file_storage.ko for such solution.

Re: Playback from XFS

So D Series is the same as C series? Only recording playback from XFS and XFS is always the first device: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=4034

If you will find anything - let me know, please!

It was me. I decided to downgrade to T-VALDEUC 3011 and it is the same as 3014. Better DivX playback than 3007 I had for ~one year.

Re: PVR only with DVB-T?

Stick is good too. Must be at least 2GB.

TV can decide that it is too slow - in this case you can try to edit CONTENTS/.PVRPfmChkLog file on it (put 1 instead of 0 into it). But one warning: it is formated as XFS filesystem - you will need some linux etc. to be able to see it's content.

PVR + easy movie play together

Hello, anybody knows any way how to allow PVR together with Media Play without need to select correct USB after every start of Media Play? It looks like TV prefer XFS devices (black colored) which are a must for PVR. Everytime they are first in the list. You need to change USB first (red button A) t...

Re: PVR Disable Encryption C/D Serie.

T-VALDEUC-3014.1 should be blacklisted too (zero length recordings with samsung_pvr in memory)
T-VALDEUC-3011 is latest good
