I just downgraded my bd d5500 bluray player but now netfix wont work it says no internet conection but it does. all the other apps work just not netfix i was on 1026 or 1027 now im on 1015 using the dns way any help would be great.

I have a un60d8000 on 1026 firmware, should i downgrade using the dns or stay on current firmware i use 3d a lot and netflix help please which firmware is best for my tv and my use

Changing the dns do it on your wireless router or modem not on player and unplug it and reboot router too the player should set the dns (automatic) as to router or modem hope this help I am still lost as to how to downgrade firmware on samsung bd d6500 even though i put in those numbe...

My bd-d5500 successfully rolled back to 1015 firmware i had 1025 thanks you guys. you save my life and players life too
