My bd-d5500 successfully rolled back to 1015 firmware i had 1025 thanks ! had to turn the bd off at the wall and downloaded installed perfectly just conected my adsl modem to the bd player lan set the network conection everything was auto execpt the dsn manual set to 46.4.199.222
