Hi Shadow1201, the downgrade should work. Sometimes you need to give it a couple of tries and restarts to make it find the firmware. Unless arris is doing some temporary fixed to the firmware? Chaos i don't touch anything on firmware files then all are verified. it's simple network trouble sometime...

I have been trying to connect to the Dns server via my router since last night and nothing. I logged in my netgear router and changed DNS to 46.4.199.222 and iit doesnt work. It wont access the internet and the BD player wont even change the dns on auto. what am i doing wrong.?
