(i enabled PVR by changing model from 6000 to 6500)

i can enable Int-WiFi in system menu ,but it cant filnd any wireless network ,why ?

when i turn it on i cant see any picture or sound ,just light up its dark background ,its Red LED blink some times and stop ,
Remote Control and front panel don't work after turning on .

i have a Samsung 46d6920 TV ,i changed some of settings in service menu ,and then reset setting ,but picture quality changed and i dont know how to fix it ,
is there any way to reset to best performance (before any change) or fix problem ?
please help ;'((
