I went ahead and update to 1013.1 which I downloaded from somewhere on the internet. The patcher went thought ok with the same output as shown in the instruction. Then I frashed to TV via usb drive.
But I could not telnet to it. See my attached image. How can I verify the update is all ok?

LA46A950xxxxx supported? And question about firmware 1012.2
My TV is LA46A950D1FXXY. I am not sure whether it is a "bother" of LExxA95x or not. LEXXA950 is in your compatible list. I am able to download a firmware from samsung but it is 1012.2 not 1013.1 as mention in the instructions. THe firmware link is here http://www.samsung.com/au/support/mod...
