connecting VG SCT2000 to UE40C7700

Hello,

I just bought new web cam model VG-SCT2000 but is not supported on my older samsung TV model UE40C7700.
Is ther a how to for changing PID/VID on camera so the OS can recognize camera as older model (CY-STC1100) or how to install newer driver from supported TV models (ES an D series).
