After that you must turn off tv and turn on again.
Have you root access? Without the root you can't replace the files.

SamyGO successfully installed on UE40ES6800 with T-MST10PDEUC_1033.0 firmware.

Virtual USB: OK
SAMBA: OK
FTP: OK
TELNET: OK
Shell web-client: OK
NFS: not fully tested (I check it today and post the results) *UPDATE* - work perfectly.
