Hi all, can someone please help me? i originally had firmware 1018 on my samsung tv, but then upgraded to firmware 1019, and this firmware is AWFUL! Can someone please tell me how to downgrade the firmware? I looked at the page, but my tv is not supported on the site yet, just says no available firm...

ive tried this for my pn51d550, but it just comes up saying there is no firmware. Can you please upload the firmware so I can downgrade my firmware? Thanks in advance

Can we please get a way to downgrade firmware for the PN51D550? currently running 001019 firmware, want to go back to 1018. Ever since I upgraded to 1019, I have tiny black dots all over my screen, and when watching a dark movie or tv show, there are white pixels everywhere. PLEASEEEE!!!! THANK YOU
