Is anybody still interested in this one? It looked like this needed a test and confirmation. I tested, confirmed it installs without bricking into the BD-EM57C... but does not get rid of the dreaded C.

The patched f/w still suffers from the C issue. Can this be easily fixed? I still have the machine for another day or so. I can test again.

Partial Success / Partial Fail.

Success - Connected to sammygo and loaded sammygo 1090 firmware. All aspects of the player seem intact.

Fail - C still recognized.

My BD-eM57c arrived today. My firmware matches what was spoken about in the Proof of COncept thread. I can confirm or test tonight.

downgraded to 1015. My picture quality is horrible.

I have no issues connecting to the sammygo server I get an 800 resource error updating. Reading this forum indicates no available firmware.

I am making a request to admins to make it available. It seems to be a common request.
