I think the Skype does not block the root. The new firmware blocked it.

I was able to use it on 1200. I think Skype is indeed the culprit.

Used the process described above and was able to gain FTP and Telnet access on my UN46F6350AF Firmware 1111. Thanks dev team! (donation sent).
