Hi, I'm planning to mess around with exeDSP a little, e.g. to see if I can disable PVR encryption. However, since exeDSP normally brings up the network interfaces, any mistake would lead to a bricked TV. So the first step must be to enable some kind of fallback shell access. What do you mean by "in foreground"? This won't work?
I'd have thought this would be safer, since at least exeDSP is always running, no matter if the rest fails.

Working on UE37ES6710. Firmware: T-MST10PEUC-1036.0 VDLinux#> cat /.version "X10P 0072" KERNEL MODULE VERSION : "0064.0716, DTV, X10P, release, DEU_BRANCH" BTW, what does the 2nd line in the service menu mean? It says T-MST10PDEUS-1004. 1004 isn't the Onboot version, that's 1003....
