Has anyone tested the application on the H/HU series? I installed the app but it tells me that the TV is not rooted or I don't have access to the cgi web interface. The tv is rooted. Thanks

Make a factory reset from the service menu.

Turn your TV ON, select any channel to watch and then just press S1 + S2 and it will enter to Extended Service Menu

Updates are disabled from service menu? If yes try to enable OTN and OTA support.

Try a factory reset from the service menu or make a firmware update from a usb stick.
