Hi all! I tried to root my bd-e5500 device, but when I open the SamyGo app from the smart hub, I get this error: "it seems that there was a network interference. please try again later". Any clue about that?

No, I don"t have the old firmware, I've did not know about this Cinavia until I've upgraded to latest version and get the message while watching a movie.
I'm not sure if the original firmware was cinavia free or not, but I hope to solve this isue...

i have followed the instructions in first post,
but it said no new firmware to update...

I'm runing on BD-E5500-ZF
with 2012/10/05_001018 firmware version.

is there any chance to solve the C problem on this machine?
