Would a EEPROM reset reset the tv back to factory settings the tv had before I messed around in the Service Menu??

Changed my locale set region to Korea on my F5500 to enable PVR but lost default tuner. Now I can't get all of my cable channels when I do a scan on tv settings. I wish to revert back to original region but I can't anymore. Have tried sending wav files using ruSamsungCommunicator and IR blaster that...

Dude, I still think you are mixing things up ... You are telling me about an error that occurs while your USB-device is connected to the PC. You were never instructed to select "extract keys to content folder" while USB-device is connected to PC. ... and / or ... If keys are successfully ...
