One question: I've used my biggest and best USB for these small rooting files. Is it possible to copy everything to another USB and use this without rerooting?

It has FINALLY worked. The problem was the LAN, via WiFi the rooting worked in the 3rd try.
I have one question: how long is this sleep=120? Are this seconds, milliseconds?

@lolametro No idea why you can't Factory reset, maybe unlocking of extended service menu is needed? Did you try at least Smarthub reset? Yeah, did try SmartHub reset (I meant this was greyed out, but it was because I was in an app, but it's OK.) - didn't work. I didn't try real factory reset, but i...

Not yet, but right now I don't have time to do rooting over and over again. To get the sleep done quickly, I would prefer to have a description so I can do it when FTP is running, so I don't have to wait until you respond :)
