Re: Subtitles file?
I have read somewhere about files recorded on D series TV: Metadata are in the *.inf files. Thumbnails are in the *.mta files. (base64 coded jpegs) Keys are in the *.mdb files. Videos are in the *.srt files. I am wondering where are subtitles stored? - mdb file maybe. Other files except srt. file a...

Re: D8000- Keyboard and moving pointer best solution...
I don't know a solution for first question, but I have some experiences with 3D content. It is no problem to play 3D videos from USB media. Side by side or up and under mkv video container works fine. I think all TV supported codecs works fine. I suppose most material is coded with X264 or MP4 codec...

Re: [APP] Samy PVR Manager
In my files (UE46D7090) there is the category at this position. One last question - where are the thumbnails held and in what format? Just for information, I now find this useful in archiving some recordings since it tells me which files relate to which programs. I have had some bad experience with ...

Re: PVR Disable Encryption C/D Serie.
As I am reading your posts from beginning, I began wondering: Is there no way to watch recorded program on a second Samsung TV set as "Recorded TV" but as "Video" file ts in media player? There is really no big deal to workaround, except it is not possible to use recorded subtitl...

Re: USB subtitles on UE40D7090
Thanks, I'll try that.
I have also tried UTF-8 coded subtitle. TV showed all characters right.
Srt files can be converted with text editor (ex. notepad, Word, PSPad ...) or converter (ex. Simple Text Encoding Converter ...)

When selecting country auto tuning channels there are only 3 options: Germany, Austria and Swiss. However there is more optional countries at selecting menu language...
