Solved with a new one from aliexpress

I open it, and testet capacitors and resistors, but my electronic lével is very poor. I disconect mainboard, and front panel, and its doing same, i hear a 5v relay switching on/off continuusly marked un the photo. i have same problem,only happens few times, there are two situations located:

1 when is a power cut, when power return it power on.

2 when is an internet cut, them if tv is in standby (Softpoweroff) tv returns on.

It's not clear for me whether you can view satellite UHD channels with the receiver's tuner or built-in tv tuner. If you are able to watch them via tv tuner then your problem could be caused by the receiver. It may not be able to decode those channels - even when you can receive the signal. For exa...
