I had a similar issue, noway to solve it.
My advice: set a nfs server, instead of the samba server, and mount it on the tv with the only mount option -nolock. It works flawlessly

Same issue here with a H5570 model.
Deactivating vusb script and mounting in an attached USB has no effect. Mediaplayer freezes TV,as watchdog is disable.
I applied NETWORK ROOT.
Any advice?
