Purchased from Holland. Has no ability to get freesat epg. Is it just the tuner type that needs changing in the engineer panel firmware to enable the software ? The set is already setup for UK region and receiving Astra UK channels via sat input. But only now and next on EPG. What tuner type is used...

I have a eu40H6500 SLXXH. It has a terrestrial and sat tuner and spare sat tuner socket on rear.Tuned to 28 deg freesat. I notice that UK freesat model version also show the three inputs.
