Hi,
if i would solder down the eMMC from the mainboard of a Samsung TV and would like to modify some files directly, would it work? Or is there some kind of protection like encryption or secure boot in place?

Hi@all, i downgraded my UE40F6640 from the latest firmware to 0000. After reboot it switches off the screen after 2-3 seconds while the sound was still ok.
