Re: mediaplayer over nfs share - no resume and preview image

OK, this was the only suitable way: 0 - Make sure you record all your settings if you have fine-tuned your TV. Write them down or take pictures of the various screens. 1 - Press the Source Button on the TV remote control and select TV. 2 - Hold down the Exit Button on the TV remote control until you...

mediaplayer over nfs share - no resume and preview image

Hi! Since some weeks I have a little problem: my LE32C650 is rooted and works with samygo and uses a nfs share on my NAS via virtual usb port. When I opened a movie, watched some minutes and stopped it, I was able to go back to the movie folder and a) I see a little preview image on this movie in th...

Re: PVR on C-Series TV with Firmware 3009.2!

why do you change the model number? no problem with 650, you have to go to sub-options and to enable pvr, nothing more to do.

Re: PVR on C-Series TV with Firmware 3009.2!

enabling PVR & co should be work with ruSamsungTVCommunicator for 3011.1 as well - very easy to use! http://forum.samygo.tv/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=2107&sid=75c0b1f3492d9173b76797a6d1f6201b but, do not (as described there) something with "Model" or so. This is what worked for me: HowTo: - Setup ruSamsu...

Re: C650 time shift (PVR) 90min

Confirm what? the 90min-limit for timeshift? Yes it is. (LExxC650)

But you say "the time shift stop at 90 min"

IMO it does not "stop", but you cant rewind more than the last 90min.

Re: PVR Disable Encryption C/D Serie.

Samsung build good tv hardware (IMHO) and they make a good decision to use a linux. So SamyGO can work! :D  :) But there is very much to shame about for Samsung. media player cannot handle more than one srt-file no uniform way of doing things: subtitle on tv, press key "SUBT". same on me...

Re: PVR Disable Encryption C/D Serie.

OK, thanks for the explanation.

Playing the renamed file with media player has only one little inconvenience: the 16:9 picture is displayed in 4:3, so I have to choose Extras - Bildformat (sorry do not know the phrase in english firmware) modus 2 while in most other cases I need modus 1.
