Re: h series live stream over upnp ( dlna )

xupnpd2 already has something built-in to transform HLS streams into something that's compatible. I couldn't get it to work as stably for all streams as the original xupnpd with hlspxd though.

Re: h series live stream over upnp ( dlna )

I have found a solution for this. Using a program called hlspxd it is possible to proxy HLS streams to plain HTTP streams. It requires some patches to work properly with the H-series, see here: https://github.com/Entware/rtndev/pull/7 With this I have been streaming quite a lot of HLS streams to my ...

Re: Exporting channel list

Export from TV a channel list on USB Drive (Main Menu->Broadcasting->Channel Settings->Transfer Channel List->Export to USB) If this submenu is grayed you use the libZiggoState by @zoelechat I'm also getting signal from Ziggo. The symptom is different here than described in the quote however. I can...

Re: *** Requests for apps/patches H series ***

Some things that would be useful for me: - Allow sound from PIP to work when output is set to 'Receiver' - When PIP is used with a radio station, hide the big black box (or make it smaller) - Allow external inputs as PIP sources - More size/splitting options for PIP Especially the second one would b...

Re: [CHROOT] Debian Jessie armel image

I do not think that the gcc version should really matter. That should be taken care of by the chroot using its own set of libraries. I think there is just a special type of executable that doesn't work properly with the kernel. It seems that it has something to do with statically compiled executable...

Re: [CHROOT] Debian Jessie armel image

Seems I spoke too soon... after installing ssh, it gave me an illegal instruction error. In a Debian Buster armel chroot ssh seems to work. The problem with apt I could work around by adding -o Acquire::Check-Date=false to the command. I am facing another problem now however. Some executables are no...

Re: [CHROOT] Debian Jessie armel image

It seems the problem you had was not related to armel VS armhf. I just tried a Ubuntu Bionic armhf chroot on my H5570 and it's working fine. I'm running into another issue however. The date of the TV is setup to 1970 and this prevents apt from working. Any idea what I could do to solve this? root@(n...

djmount

Hi, I'd like to use djmount to use upnp with widgets that only support usb storage. Did anybody get it to work? I'm getting this error when I enable the debug option in the 03_03_djmount init script: fuse: mount failed: Invalid argument [E] Error in FUSE main loop = 1 [D] Shutting down ... This is a...

Re: [App] libPIPonTV E/F

Is there any chance this could work on H series as well?
