Short update from my side:
I bought a new mainboard and replaced the broken one.
Now everything is running smooth again with SamyGo on the start (of course !!).

And yes, all the possible emergency exists (rs232 debug, usb.sh) were enabled and tested!! So hopefully I am save now.
