What is the procedure to bring the rooted Ue55ES8005 back to original without root?

I have loaded firmware 0000 and upgraded to 2022 but seems like all is not gone from Smart hub.

So my question is is it back to original or am I missing something?

I do not have sound when watching Netflix or BBC iPlayer (widget) using external speakers. However, when using TV Speaker sound is back.

Any suggestions how to get sound on widgets via external speakers?
