Update I replaced the main board and all woking agin.

Hi all. I have a ps43d450 TV and I went into the service menu and changed something in there I think it might be t-con setting and now My remote controller does not work with TV and there is no red light at bottom corner. T.V Does come on and have picture. I have changed batteries with no joy plzzzz...
