I tried manually removing the folder 11101301701 from /mtd_unirw/rwcommon/widgets/normal and /mtd_unirw/rwcommon/widgets/user, and then FTP copying over the unzipped BBC iPlayer app from SamsungApps List (for free apps) in the Extras forum to both directories.
