I can not find T-ECPDEUC-2009.2 any more. Where can I download from ?

I have the same issue since a couple of months but was not able to find anything in internet. Now I finally found that someone has the same problem. Have you followed "First download T-ECPDEUC_SECUSB_0000.zip file. You can downgrade the firmware to 0000 with it. Next download T-ECPDEUC-2009.2.e...
