Have not tried the devices you mentioned. But what I found strange is, with the keyboard I tried. (a basic one) I have been able to use e.g. up and down keys but typing in app like the YouTube or Internetbrowser did not work at all. Not sure if that is due to the app or the simple keypoard I tested....
