could somebody tell me if Tizen is coming with a Firmware Update on my UE55H7000?
I can't find anything on the internet on which devices Samsung will roll out Tizen.

I will not try to update if i'm not sure, cuz i will not lose my root just for a try.

Hi I have an Samsung UE55H7000 TV. Now my LCD-Display is not working anymore. The Screen doesn't switch on anymore. No Samsung Logo ... nothing. BUT: The Software (Men?, etc), Sound and everything else (Root, ssh ...) is still OK. The TV is 1 year old and i called Samsung and now i got my money back...

Same Problem here.
The problem is not the root, the problem is the app itself. It need the lastest Samsung FW to work.
Can we fix this without losing root?
Can we maybe fake our FW Version to get Amazon Video to work?

So there is no root Method on H-Series without USB plugged?
What happen if i do remove the USB Stick?

I can Telnet and SSH to my TV, so I'm rooted, right?
And can I remove my USB Stick on H-Series with 2130 and Skype Method or not?

The instructions are old and outdated. They are for older firmware. But as I said: I'm on 2130.0, a "outdated" version who is able to root with Skype method Skype method is more stable and doesn't require a USB to be plugged in. True for E/F but not for H where USB is needed whatever meth...

What else is the Skype method if not this: "1. Install Skype on TV" ... ?! O_o

Hi i have an UE55H7000 with T-MST14DEUC-2118.1 Firmware. First of all: OTN & OTA Support is OFF ;) I have heavily 3D Ghosting effects. Watching 3D Movies are so not possible. My brother, with an UE48H6600 can view the same Video, from the same Source, with the same 3D-Glasses without such effect...
