After Factory Reset in Service Menu my Device Name is changed from UE55J6350 to NE5500
and I can't change this, but Name is not my problem, after that I can't run Apps and can't connect to internet.

thanks for help but after reset in menu write Device Name NE5500
and i cant change this, so my TV is not Smart apps not work.

We can do a database with backups.
I need backup from my TV
someone could make a backup from UE55J6350
from service menu and upload it?

I have big troubles after Factory reset
i need to set Type, Local Set, Front Color Option
