Hehe :)) What-a-discussion :) "he" used the WinZip on MAC, which is not bad I guess. :) And used the same on PC too... But it had nothing to do with unarchiving: - I saw the folder (image) content on OS X, on Windows (with all the extra hidden folders), but the TV failed to find the update...

Re: [FW 0000] T-ECPDEUC for es7000, es8000, es9000
Ok, I found the issue. I tried to do it on OS X. It adds hidden directories and also might change something, during the extract, so all looks fine, but TV somehow don't recognise the content.

Re: [FW 0000] T-ECPDEUC for es7000, es8000, es9000
Hi, yes, this is what I tried several times... no luck
Tried to rename the directory, or put all the files to the root. Different pendrives, FAT16 and FAT32 format... No change...
Can the feature type (SXXH) make a difference, so the TV doesn't recognise the firmware as compatible?

Re: [FW 0000] T-ECPDEUC for es7000, es8000, es9000
Hello all, Is this FW0000 is still working on the latest 2020 update? I never had any issues, so kept updating the SW of the TV (wish i came to this page sooner, to know not to). After the latest 2020 update the TV keeps rebooting (wifi, etc is ok), so decided to try to downgrade. Interestingly, the...
