Yes - sorry - I meant "Software Update". I only had the one option, but on my Dad's J Series there was an option to turn off Software updates which I did, but I missed the 2nd "App updates" option in Smart HUB. As a result we lost Skype and since its still working on my F Series ...

I can do video and still make calls, sign in etc.

We had turned off firmware updates, but had missed the app updates setting. Loaded up smart hub today and it went and removed Skype. On my h series I prevented this by blocking updates and Skype still works great on there. So, is there a way I can hack the J series and get Skype back? I expect a lot...
