Hi, If you are looking for the UE46C6500 firmware because the "Contact Samsung" option reports that is the Model Code, then it may be worth checking the back of the TV for the actual Model Code. I spent ages looking for a UE46C6500 firmware update since that is what the on screen Model Cod...
