Check specs of the tv, (E-Help) if it's FAT32, then you'll have to stick to FAT32.

Depends on the country that the TV was released for.
If for example the tv was for Spain/Portugal then you won't get an option to select other countries.
At 'Term and privacy' using the remote 'mute/vol up/ch up/mute' you only get Spain/Portugal and can't select another country.

This model is a Spanish model.
As the Samsung's pick up the i.p. address and if it's not set up for say Spain or Portugal then the tv will not recognise the i.p. and therefore will not connect to the internet (Smart Hub).

As far as i can recall, when you have 'Factory reset' displayed and you continue to press 'ok' on the r/c, the tv will reset to the factory settings, i.e. as if the tv was brand new out of the box, so clearly you would have to go through all the normal customer setting up procedures.

Maybe read TV manual? :) Or follow instructions on screen? Thanks, but maybe your not aware that on some Samsung's the Smart Hub/TV has to be activated and it's not a general setup that needs doing. In the 'D' series you had to go into the Service Mode and change 'Info Link Country' to UK. In this '...
