I can't install samy After instalation I have only brocken.tv app. Whats I am doing wrong?

After a month.... i still can't install samy. I read almost all text on forum... after connection with dev page I have only brocken.tv application. I did all instructions, downgade soft on tv and still norhing. I am so dumb or my tv i so smart.
