Yes sure I have another LG TV that has webOS and there Hbbtv works just fine.

I have changed LocalSet from EU to EU_GER using the Service Remote Control Samsung-TV (https://wiki.samygo.tv/index.php?title=How_to_send_FACTORY%2B3SPEED_keys).
