How do you do an EEPROM reset on a J Series (eg UN32J5500AF) model?
I’m trying to fix one that boots to smart hub logo then remote won’t do anything at all.

@Gugs, did you happen to find a solution? I’ve got a UN32J5500 that does the same thing. Smart logo then tv snow. Can’t use remote to turn off or control any menus.
