Is there someone who could at least tell me which one of these chips it could be? Would be really thankful

I have a TV here where I can't use the touch panel on the tv nore the remote. It is locked probably because I bought it from a doctor who used it a his office. Now I have red on allot of sites that you can unbrick it by connecting 2 contacts of the eeprom chip. Now the problem is I couldn't find any...
