Downgrading T-GAPDEUC 1021.2

Hello

I am trying to downgrade my TV. Ive tried setting DNS and updating tv but i get error.

Failed to connect. Error code 400.

So i am wondering if the DNS service is down, and if anyone have the firmware saved anywhere so i can update via USB
