I`m not really sure, but default values are stored inside firmware, mtd_exe or so (factory.dat files). D550 has limited (reduced) in size firmware where PVR feature is cropped. Even if you can find pieces of code inside, you can not simply switch in on via hidden service menu. Not compatible hardware.
It can be your TV is developed for different region and there is no EU option at all. From my experience, mainboard must be replaced to get TV working in certain region due hardware and firmware differences. EEPROM data are located inside firmware.
