Ok, what i meant with "does not affect the hack" is that after the upgrade. I still had my script (that mounts a CIFS share) running automatically upon boot. Still able to access the TV remotely, e.g. Telnet, HTTP. I haven't check more functionality that this though (lazy ).

I can also confirm that an upgrade from fw 3008.3 to 3011.0 does not affect the hack. Awesomeness!!

Hi I am also intersted by this answer TX No idea if it works before the actual hack but i can confirm that if you had your TV hacked then the hack still stays there after the update.
