Re: wake on lan support

You can try hexdump -v -n 9 -e '/1 "%02x "' /dev/ttyAS2 as I described in http://wiki.samygo.tv/index.php5/Watchdogs_and_MICOM_on_A_series%28SH4%29 Unfortunately if exeDSP is running you are in race with it when reading from serial line - so you'll steal some byte time to time. It is not a bad idea ...

Re: LA46A950xxxxx supported? And question about firmware 101

Ok. AFAIK there is output only for B-series in patcher wiki. Did patcher ask you something and what did you answer? Arfix-sh4 patch should have been applied. Can you confirm following: "WiseLink video player has 3 new items for fixed aspect ratios in Tools menu: 4:3, 16:9 (also use as fullscreen), 2...

Re: LA46A950xxxxx supported? And question about firmware 101

Hi nethern, I have european LE46A956. I would not believe the american version has same firmware. Good you've tested. SamyGOpatcher should not have same output as you shown. If working on T-RBYDEUC 1013.1 there should be 'arfix-sh v1.2' instead of 'VideoAR Fix v1' and message 'Not an ARM ELF exeDSP ...

Re: wake on lan support

You can't do it without hacking exeDSP code.
There is similar app viewtopic.php?f=5&t=982 for B-series. It uses on-sreen menu. I haven't resolved how to display on-screen text on A series.

Re: rs232 control of LExxA956 [FiXED]

1) telnet is ok on a safe network - e.g. on a home net behind firewall
2) no. Only IR can switch tv on.
3) You need patched firmware with libGame.so launcher restrored.
Network remote control can be loaded manually as a "game" or automatically on tv startup.

Re: it's working!

The problem was that I was using command mentioned in the wiki to directly load kernel: bbm load kernel; bbm close; setenv bootargs console=ttyAS0,115200 mem=$memsize root=/dev/tfsr6 rw rootfstype=squashfs bigphysarea=2000 quiet yongsik; bootm 0x84100000 Command is ok, but were you quick enough to ...

Re: rs232 control of LExxA956 - Wiki commands don't work

It DOES respond . You should start debug mode first. You might missed adding yongsik to kernel boot parameters - see http://wiki.samygo.tv/index.php5/Getting_access_to_u-boot_%28SH4%29. Without it serial input is crippled at 115kBaud. You also may be interested in remote control over ethernet, see ...

Re: SamyGO Extensions [v0.03.6]

If you want to access a Windows share, rename SamyGO/etc/init.d/04_04_samba.init.dis to 04_04_samba.init Edit the file and fill USER, PASSWD and optionally SERVER. Test the script from ssh command line: # /dtv/usb/sdb/SamyGO/etc/init.d/04_04_samba.init start Mounted share should appear in WiseLink d...

Re: libGame.so launcher restrored for A/sh4 series

Names from /mtd_rwarea/libso.autoload are just passed to dlopen(). It searches in LD_LIBRARY_PATH. So libraries from /mtd_exe are loaded by basename, others need full path. If you've started any libGame.so app manually from launcher screen, you've also confirmed autoload - it is used for launcher.so...
