Does not exit store mode

Hi, the following happens to me, I have an LEB550A5W TV, the TV is always in store mode, it changes to standard mode both from the buttons on the TV and from the remote with the plug and play option, always when I put it in mode standard and turn off the tv and turn it on again the tv goes back to store mode, does anyone know any solution?
