edit: so I red all 19 pages in the Extended Service Menu after Enabling Hotel Mode, but it didnt help me to get in the "extended service menu"
I am still in the sam Service menu with NORDIG shadowed.

Here Remote Control emulator: send custom IR codes is written:

Download Samsung Service_Remote using gprs (or wifi if exists) from applications internet server. Choose this config (the author is Gia90)
Now you have service codes: 7 for 3SPEED and 9 for FACTORY

But there that SW doesnt exists on the Gstore... can I use this Smart Remote ???

So, I suppose to start the Smart Remote and when I will be in the Service menu, press 9 + 7? Or 9+ 7 7 7 ???

So, I have the Samsung IR - Universal Remote as per greenhorn advise from that thread
I was even able to control our TV with that and again BUT!
I didnt find how to insert these codes in that app.

Because there is nothing like:

Click on My Remote Control TV 1 (in red) and set at two functions (for example at Play (assign factory) and Pause (assign 3Speed)) the values hex of Factory and 3Speed.

Press "Save IR codes"

now click on "My Remote Control TV 1 GUI", and press Play and Pause (or your combinations)

I edited slightly the how to you just quoted.

• Install and start Samsung IR -universal remote (free version) or Pro version
• Setup. Open red "My Remote Control 1 (TV)" you will see buttons.
• Scroll down down and you will notice input fields beginning with "Insert IR code string for..." and button name.
• So scroll even down and find "Insert IR code string for Play..." and replace the code which exists there to the hex code of FACTORY

• Then navigate to the bottom and hit "Save the IR codes" and exit setup.
• Sending key codes. Open My Remote Control TV 1 GUI (cyan color)
• Press Play and/or Pause (or your combinations) when required to send FACTORY and 3SPEED codes

ASAP you start the app, for first use You do not have to use "Remote GUI 1" from menu at the top right corner, neither "My IR REMOTE GUI", nor any other option like "My Remote Control 1 (TV) GUI" which is in light blue color, which brings you to real-remote like view as you have now! Do not use any witch has "GUI" in the name
You have to scroll down and find red labeled My Remote Control 1 (TV) (i marked it green, pic2) for setup. After you put the hex codes to required places and save, you have to exit setup and now use GUI version to send required codes (marked in magenta, pic7):

Now your Play is FACTORY and Pause is 3Speed button. That`s all.

The first two steps are OK:

Open "My Remote Control 1 (TV)" you will see buttons.

so I have "same" buttons as I have on the remote... but even when I scrol down, there is nothing like "Insert IR code string for..."

I have only these (like on the standard physical remote)...
Power (on the top)
volume (left) Mute (center) Channel (right)

bellow are:
menu "arrow up" TV/AV
"arrow left" OK "arrow right"
Info "arrow down" Exit

Number 1-9
Clear 0 Enter

AV controls (play pause ... etc)
Color buttons (greeen red yellow)
Back Guide Last

Thats it... no other buttons on the screen
