I Changed My TV Samsung Model UE40C8000XWXBT then Power off.
Currently the Power red LED blinking five or six second then a blank screen for 1 Second and get turn off. This is constantly repeated.
I need reprogramming of flash memory IC1 25X40BVSIG, But I can not find bin file for this model TV.
Please Help me, Do you dispose the necessary bin file? Please send it to me.

power board - BN44-00362A
My child has "played" with the remote. It has done consistently switching on and off of the power button RC. As a consequence TV is blocked.
I have read the guidance of wiki. My main board (BN41-01367B) has two EPROM memory 4256 (24C256) - IC7301 and IC8505. In the manual wiki missing UExxC8000 series.
Which EPROM memory needs to reset 7301 or 8505, or both?
Appendix: I've found the correct memory, this is IC7301
Please dump original eeprom firmware first and keep it in safe place before flashing over new one
p.s. SoC eeprom is not SPI flash. It is I2C bus eeprom.
p.p.s. Moreover, i think your problem is not related to winbond spi flash, which contains micom firmware. You need to deal with SoC eeprom, which is storage for service menu values you changed to innocent ones.
I have a programmer 24Схх and SPI 25хх. I did a rewrite of three memory of attachment - 24c256_IC7301; 24c256_IC8505 and s24cs02_IC4002. Result no, the problem remains.
After that put empty EPROM memories 24c256_IC7301 and 24c256_IC8505 - Result no.
In attachment puts bin files on my TV.
Detailed my problem consists in this:
1.TV stands in standby mode. Red LED lights.
2. I run via the TV remote control. Red LED flashes, triggered relay power.
3. After about 5 seconds the relay off, red LED stops flashing.
4. After one second TV alone is switched on again.
All this is repeated endlessly. The backlight of the display is not included. All supply voltages are available.
For this I doubt that bin file to SPI flash damaged.
In Mainboard BN41-01367A missing SPI 25x40.
