Info update TV samsung UE40C6000RWXZF

Hi, I'm thinking to update my Samsung TV UE40C6000RW XZF (it comes from France) (I'm italian)
Now I have the T-VAL6DEUC_1016.0 version of 2010 and i'm thinking to update it to the T-VAL6DEUC_1017.0 (2012).
-But on the samsung sites (both the Hungarian, the French , the German and the British) it's written English, not multilanguage. So after the update it will be only in english language? Does it work only on british TV?
-What change from prevoius version? Is there the pvr now? Does the tv read mkv files from usb pens now?
-Do you know where to download the 1016 version? In this way i do the update, if it is only in English language or it has problems i do the downgrade to the 1016 that i own now; if not i will leave the 1017.
