I won`t be bad predictor, but i think you have nothing to do. Prepare to call Service tomorrow.
ExLink debug log could help to understand what is happened.

yep, just google t-valdeuc-1016.0.exe, it is 100.880 kb file
by the way, firmwares don't produce the same results on all tv models. on my 55c8790, 2004 is better from 1016 from 3d point of view. since I have watched most 3d movies by far, I use 3011 at the moment

It works on all models with firmware T-VALDEUC.
Just one precaution: set watchdog to off in service menu before to proceed.

SoSolidJedi wrote:Wow, i can't believe this thread, i got redirected to this thread from another forum, this is fantastic new that we can revert firmware to 000.00 firmware now, has anyone confirmed it working for Samsung UE40C8000 3D LED TV's yet? I have this model and have remained on 2004 firmware as i was reluctant to upgrade the firmware because of all the stories of bad 3D in later Firmwares, so will this Firmware work for this model so that it will enable me to perhaps experiment with newer firmwares in the comfort of knowing i can always go back to stock firmware?
I have used it on my c8790, which is almost the same tv with yours, except the onboard DVBS tuner. I had problems with CI module and wifi dongle after the downgrade but resetting the tv by pressing exit button for 10-15 seconds corrected the issues. If I remember correctly, I have used it 4 times since it became available on samygo forum.
Recently, I have read posts of users who reverted their firmwares back to 0000.0 but could not upgrade to latest firmware versions. Under such circumstances, users should try to upgrade using a fat32 formatted usb flash drive which shall not include any data other than firmware folder and files
if you watch 3d content mainly, (from my point of view) 2004 is the best firmware with min crosstalk, but SD sucks @2004. Tle latest firmwares produce remarkable images on SD channels but due to the overprocessing of the signals, HD channels are not as sharp as they were before. So, it is up to users to choose which firmware they want to use (since people uses thheir TVs for different purposes (3D, gaming, mkv watching etc)
I am happy with 3011, but in case I have an access to a very good guality 3d content, I will not hesitate to downgrade to 2004, since it is a 15 minute process. By the way, the firmware download links are below
