How i can install the twitch app at my samsung ue49mu7000 tizen os tv?
Cause there isn't at samsung store and i can't find anywhere any official or unofficial way to install the twich app to my samsung tv.

There isn't any way to download a file or a folder to put it to a usb flash disk and install it at tv from usb ports?

Nope, such way has been over with Tizen.
Usage of Tizen Studio is less complicated than it seems, but you mandatorily need that white elephant
