On my tv when i press ''smart hub'' not work, not start. non event ''source'' not work. menu whith app o source not open.
i reset tv, hard reset tv, reset smart hub but nothing. not working.
For my tv ue50nu7092 there is not firmaware 0000 per downgrade.
the assistance don't help me.
community samsung is useless
smart tv test connession is ok.
please, help me? tips? solutions?

No idea. If TV is under warranty (i believe it is), force for repair.

Hi, if you activate or turned ON Decor Mode or Ambient Screen ?
if yes on any of those turn off and reboot.!

thank you so much for this! totally solved my dilemma. i turned both DECOR MODE & AMBIENT SCREEN SUPPORT "ON" then reboot, then accessed them again, but this time, turning BOTH "OFF"... reboot & voila. SMART HUB is working/showing up again on screen
